Requirements
  • 7+ years of cross-functional experience in high-growth startups and/or healthcare systems, with deep expertise in operations, healthcare, and strategy.
  • Strong working knowledge of healthcare operations, claims processes, and payer-provider relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Define and drive the long-term strategy for the payer operations function, creating a clear roadmap that aligns with Spring Health’s growth objectives and payer partnership goals.
  • Lead as well as build a team to support cross-functional coordination and program management to ensure seamless execution of complex operational initiatives, driving alignment and meeting both internal and payer partner deadlines.
  • Monitor the end-to-end health of payer programs, reporting performance metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement to ensure long-term success and scalability.
  • Design and implement measurable, scalable processes that support efficient operations and future expansion as the payer business grows.
  • Manage payer relationships by representing operational performance, addressing partner concerns, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner, collaborating closely with Strategy, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure new and existing payer programs are effectively positioned and supported in the market.
  • Partner with Product to inform the design and implementation of technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support payer program success.
