At least 4 years of experience in technology consulting, systems implementation, or enterprise software delivery, working on EPM tools is required.
Deep hands-on expertise in at least one EPM or planning platform, such as Pigment, Anaplan, Varicent, SAP BPC, Oracle PBCS, or a similar platform, with a track record of delivering end-to-end implementations is required.
A solid understanding of business processes in one or more of sales planning, incentive compensation, financial planning, or data management is required.
Experience working within Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies is required.

Responsibilities
Architect and oversee the design and configuration of business solutions on cloud EPM platforms such as Pigment, Anaplan, and Varicent, covering territory planning, quota management, incentive compensation, FP&A, and sales analytics.
Lead discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design sessions; translate complex business needs into architecture decisions and functional specifications.
Build and test data models, integrations, calculation logic, dashboards, and workflows within client environments.
Own UAT cycles, issue escalation, and go-live readiness activities; act as the primary point of accountability for solution quality.
Contribute to client-facing deliverables, including process documentation, solution design documents, and training materials.
Own project planning and delivery tracking for engagements, including scope management, stakeholder updates, and risk escalation.
Manage and coordinate a team of model builders across project workstreams, assigning tasks, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring on-time, on-quality execution.
Support consultants on their career goals, provide coaching on desired behaviors, and share technical knowledge and best practices.
Shape the team's mindset and help build a human-centric performance culture, communication skills, and client-facing skills.
Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and pre-sales activities.
Stay current on industry trends in EPM, data engineering, AI/ML applications in planning, and SaaS platform developments.

Lead internal knowledge-sharing, define model-building standards, and actively mentor and develop junior consultants and model builders.
