As one of our Wealth Management Consultants, you will be the key member of our wholesaling team leading sales initiatives in the in the Cross Channel segment. Your territory will reach Alabama and the Florida Panhandle. You’ll manage Capital Group’s relationships and business results with key Cross Channel and Financial Conglomerate firms. You excel at delivering motivational and informative presentations. You’re motivated by setting goals and measuring your results against them. You are a well-rounded collaborator and work skillfully with other Senior Sales Force members to identify opportunity for better investor outcomes.

You have a proven track record in third-party distribution, a broad knowledge of the mutual fund, SMA, and ETF business and sales cultures, and the demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships.
You have a proven track record and a deep technical knowledge of portfolio construction.
You know how to leverage technologies to create custom analysis (Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, etc.).
You are an excellent communicator and have significant sales experience with Financial Advisors.
You’re well-versed in synthesizing information and presenting it in a distilled manner.
You have proven success in leading and managing a team of territory sales professionals.
You have one or more of the following licenses or designations: Series 7, 65/66 and/or CFP, CIMA, and CFA
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
