Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in AI/ML product development, prompt engineering, or technical solution design.
  • Deep understanding of Generative AI models, RAG methodologies, and natural language processing (NLP).
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing technical architectures for AI solutions.
  • Strong coding and scripting skills (e.g., Python, APIs) and familiarity with cloud-based AI tools and platforms.
  • Certifications in Agile methodologies or cloud technologies are a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the product lifecycle for GenAI RAG solutions, from concept to deployment.
  • Design and oversee the development of scalable and secure architectures for AI integration across business functions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure high-performance implementation of GenAI and RAG solutions.
  • Develop and refine effective prompts to optimize the performance of GenAI models for various applications.
  • Experiment with prompt structures and fine-tune model outputs to align with business needs and user expectations.
  • Document prompt strategies and methodologies to create reusable frameworks for future use cases.
  • Lead the design and delivery of RAG-based solutions tailored to enhance decision-making, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Partner with data science teams to integrate retrieval mechanisms that improve model accuracy and relevance.
  • Drive the adoption of AI tools across teams by demonstrating their value through well-defined use cases.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, data scientists, and technology teams, to align AI initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Facilitate discussions to identify opportunities for applying GenAI and RAG solutions to solve key business challenges.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and mutual understanding.
  • Define and track key metrics to evaluate the performance and impact of GenAI and RAG implementations.
  • Conduct ongoing optimization of solutions based on performance data, user feedback, and evolving business needs.
  • Stay updated on advancements in GenAI and RAG technologies to continuously improve solution capabilities.
  • Research and implement cutting-edge techniques in GenAI and RAG to drive innovation.
  • Develop best practices for integrating AI solutions into existing workflows and systems.
  • Mentor team members and stakeholders on leveraging GenAI effectively and responsibly.
