Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffees, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and care, ensuring consistency and excellence in every cup.
- Welcome customers with genuine warmth and provide professional, attentive service in a fast-paced environment.
- Share detailed menu knowledge and support customers with allergen awareness and dietary information to meet their individual needs.
- Maintain the coffee bar in an organized, clean, and visually appealing condition at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies efficiently, and communicate stock needs to the team in a timely manner.
- Process transactions accurately using the till system and handle payments with integrity and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and support colleagues as needed, fostering a positive work environment.
- Consistently deliver customer experiences reflecting BM Caterers' commitment to quality and service.
- Adapt flexibly to changing priorities and peak service periods while maintaining high standards and composure.
- Analyze customer feedback and preferences to improve service delivery and beverage offerings.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a barista, coffee shop, or customer service role.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, espresso extraction, and beverage service.
