Requirements

Degree, diploma, or equivalent in an engineering discipline.
Project Management Professional certification.
At least 2 years of project management experience.
AutoCAD skill.
Good communication skill.

Responsibilities

Manage and control projects to meet contract requirements and control costs to meet project budgets.
Collaborate with Eaton service engineers and manage subcontractors in resource deployment according to the project implementation plan.
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and issue invoices according to contract milestones or progressive claims.
Manage multiple project implementations and deliver them according to project requirements.
Schedule and attend project meetings and discussions as required.
Maintain an up-to-date integrated project costing sheet and traceable tracking records to account for project expenses.
Attend technical, coordination, and other project meetings at the site.
Manage or support contract administration, including ordering, billing milestones, shop drawings, and operations and maintenance submissions.
Work with Customer Service and Supply Chain Management on parts ordering and lead times to meet project requirements.
Manage subcontractor work schedules, resource deployment, and quality of work.
Manage customer requests during product factory and site acceptance testing, and support the Service team with results and report compilation.
Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking for the Quality Management System and Environment, Health and Safety requirements.
Provide the support necessary to fully implement and sustain the Quality Management System and Environment, Health and Safety requirements.
Communicate to the organization the importance of conforming to Quality Management System and Environment, Health and Safety requirements.
Ensure the Quality Management System and Environment, Health and Safety requirements meet their goals.
Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the Quality Management System and Environment, Health and Safety requirements.
Create a culture of continuous improvement.

What you’ll do:

A. Manage & control projects to meet the contract requirements and ensure cost control to meet project budget
B. Collaborate with Eaton Service Engineers and manage sub-contractors in resource deployment according to project implementation plan
C. Provide accurate and timely sales forecast and issuance of invoice per contract milestone/progressive claims
D. Manage multiple projects implementation and delivery according to each project requirements
E. Schedule and attend project meeting/discussions per project requirements
F. Maintain upto date project integrated costing sheet and traceable tracking record to account for project expenses.
G. Attendance of project meetings (technical, coordination etc) at site
H. Manage / support contract administration works (ordering, billing milestone, shop drawings & O&M submission)
I. Work with Customer Service / Supply Chain Management (SCM) team on parts ordering and lead time to meet project requirements
J. Manage sub-contractor work schedule, resource deployment and quality of work.
K. Manage customers requests during product FAT / SAT and support Service team on result obtained and report compilation
L. Be committed & responsible for Quality Management System (QMS) / Environment Health & Safety (EHS):
    a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking
    b. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS / EHS
    c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS / EHS requirements
    d. Ensuring the QMS / EHS meets its goals
    e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS /EHS
    f. Create a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications:

Degree / Diploma or equivalent in Engineering discipline PMP - Project Management Professional Cert
At least 2 years of project management experience
Auto-CAD skill
Good communication skill
