About the Job

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of product management experience with ownership of scope, roadmap, and delivery outcomes.
  • Experience in an agency or consulting environment working across multiple clients or accounts and managing client expectations and scope.
  • Experience running at least two of the following: a zero-to-one greenfield build, a legacy platform rebuild or migration, and a client-facing enablement or training engagement.
  • Hands-on experience scoping, building, or shipping AI-agent products or workflows, with understanding of agentic and deterministic approaches.
  • Ability to discuss architecture, evaluations, and guardrails with agentic engineers.
  • Ability to explain agentic concepts to non-technical client stakeholders and engineers.
  • Ability to present to VP-level stakeholders, handle pushback, and decline unsuitable requests.
  • Ability to scope and prioritize ambiguous briefs into concise plans and defend tradeoffs.
  • Ability to make progress amid ambiguity without waiting for a fully formed specification.

Responsibilities

  • Own client engagements end-to-end, from discovery and scoping through delivery, serving as the primary product voice with the client.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on streaming and over-the-top media products, including toolsets, tradeoffs, and functionality for consumer media products.
  • Scope greenfield product builds and turn zero-to-one ideas into sequenced, shippable roadmaps using agentic methods.
  • Lead platform rebuild and modernization engagements, balancing technical debt and delivery speed while minimizing disruption to existing business.
  • Design and help deliver AI-native enablement with client product and engineering teams to build their capability in agentic development.
  • Translate ambiguous client requests into scoped work by writing product requirements documents, defining success criteria, and sequencing delivery.
  • Partner with agentic engineers to distinguish deterministic workflows from agentic use cases and select the appropriate approach.
  • Set guardrails and evaluation criteria for AI agents before they access client data or production environments.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent engagements across clients with competing timelines, budgets, and engagement types.
  • Lead client steering committees, sprint reviews, and discussions when scope, timeline, or feasibility changes.
  • Define success and return-on-investment measures for each engagement type and hold the team accountable to outcomes.
  • Contribute to internal playbooks for scoping agentic builds, platform rebuilds, and client enablement.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with large language model evaluation frameworks or agent observability tooling.
  • Background in an engineering, data, or quality assurance role before moving into product.
  • Experience managing engagements in regulated industries such as finance or healthcare.
  • Experience designing or delivering technical training, workshops, or enablement programs for client teams.
  • A track record of writing or speaking publicly about product or artificial intelligence topics.
