What believers are saying

  • Students get paid experience: ICP partners with colleges on internships during summer and the academic year.
  • Corporate flexibility is role-specific: ICP's full-time New York Sales Planning Specialist position is hybrid, advertising $64,000-$81,000.
  • Boutique management pay is explicit: Creed advertises $80,000-$100,000 for the full-time Short Hills General Manager.

What critics are saying

  • Physical demands accompany retail work: Creed's full-time Neiman Marcus Scottsdale specialist role requires lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Some fragrance assignments are temporary: ICP's part-time Bottega Veneta specialist role at Saks Fifth Avenue NYC is explicitly temporary.
  • Remote includes travel: Creed's full-time Southcentral Regional Sales Manager in San Antonio requires frequent travel, including flying and driving.

What makes International Cosmetics & Perfumes unique

  • ICP standardizes fragrance selling: training covers product knowledge and a selling ceremony for office and field teams.
  • Creed combines boutiques with department-store counters: ICP recruits for standalone stores and Neiman Marcus locations.
  • ICP reaches beyond personal perfume: its Mizensir portfolio brand began with scented candles.
