Requirements
- You bring 5+ years of marketing experience at an apparel brand
- Strong sense of brand and creative taste as it applies to growing the brand and the community
- Organized with the ability to manage several projects at one time with a fast turnaround
- A natural ability to collaborate well with others across the organization and thrive in a fast-paced and highly-fluid environment
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing or brand management
- Excellent project and time management, written/verbal communication and leadership skills with exceptional attention to detail
- The role is located within commuting distance to Los Angeles and will be required to work from our headquarters
Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to drive, align, and execute all key Brand initiatives across all digital channels
- Manage Influencer seeding program- build relationships with brand right influencers and manage the growth and execution of monthly influencer seeding program
- Build social community + manage the creation of all content for instagram + TikTok under the direction of the creative team
- Create PR pitches + outreach to, writers, and stylists and build relationships accordingly
- Identify brand accretive personalities to collaborate with for journal, catalog, + social outlets + execute the story
- Ideate, plan, and execute brand events
- Engage social community to create brand accretive user generated content for social media and ads
- Lead special activations such as store openings, brand activations, etc
- Track results across all projects and initiatives to be able to share with team members and Leadership, measure marketing program effectiveness via regular monitoring of KPI's
- Proactively stay on top of marketing, digital, and analytical trends, and understand best practices to help inform future strategy
