  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation

Responsibilities
  • Gather, understand, and document business, functional, technical & non-technical requirements
  • Conduct Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions and engage customers for feedback
  • Conduct user research and usability testing
  • Develop and sustain Requirements Tractability Matrix (RTM)
  • Develop Change Requests per established policies and procedures
  • Develop user stories and requirement documents
  • Follow agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban) and deliver requirements for Sprint teams
  • Provide clear information to teams and stakeholders
  • Implement requirements as per functional specifications
  • Support change control processes
  • Develop user stories with acceptance criteria
  • Communicate effectively with management, peers, and customers
