Requirements
  • Consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past three years.
  • Ability to use a computer to communicate via email.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Publisher, as well as Adobe tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university in a relevant field.
  • At least three years of experience with program management, facilitation, industrial development, data collection and analysis, and organization of large conferences or training sessions.
  • At least three years of experience providing communication, quality control, and knowledge management expertise.
  • Experience managing custom survey projects.
  • Experience in data collection, analysis, and written reports summarizing collected data.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to propose possible resolutions to complex managerial or operational problems.
  • Expertise in knowledge management.
  • English verbal, written, editing, research, and communication skills.
  • Project management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Section 504 and Section 508 disability requirements and accommodations.
  • Advanced data analytics skills, including time-series regressions and applying appropriate statistical models to job tasks.
  • U.S. citizenship.
Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze the curriculum and substance of in-person, webinar, and small-group financial literacy training sessions.
  • Analyze government-furnished tools, toolkits, and materials to determine what should be kept, modified, or changed for participant effectiveness.
  • Ensure all communication channels are working and training sessions run as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
  • Gather, document, and appropriately store information required for monthly written reports.
  • Assist and monitor the Curriculum Developer in collecting data through surveys and focus groups.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training sessions and implementation methods.
  • Review and monitor curriculum, tools, materials, and handouts to ensure effective and accessible information is provided during each training session.
  • Review tools and materials for compliance with Section 504 and Section 508 accommodations when necessary.
  • Administer participant surveys and focus groups to evaluate training sessions and the tools used during each session.
  • Compile findings into written monthly reports and analyses.
Desired Qualifications
  • A master's degree in a relevant field or related subject.
  • Bilingual language skills.
