Responsibilities
  • Own the product vision and strategy for Hi Marley’s core claims SaaS business
  • Define and drive the roadmap to ensure alignment with customer needs and business goals
  • Manage and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
  • Work closely cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery and enablement of products to solve customer pain points
  • Champion the voice of the customer, engaging with adjusters, policyholders and industry stakeholders to ensure our products solve real problems and create meaningful value
  • Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption
  • Facilitate communication and alignment across teams to drive results
  • Balance strategic initiatives with detailed execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality
  • Continuously explore new ideas and opportunities to enhance our product offerings
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape
