Requirements
  • You hold a Ph.D. in Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Polymer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree with significant relevant experience will also be considered.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the research and development of innovative coating technologies for shaving products, focusing on improving the key factors driving consumer perception.
  • Create, develop, evaluate, and demonstrate new coating materials and application methods that enhance product performance. Collaborate with internal and external partners, including material suppliers, to source and test cutting-edge technologies.
  • Design and execute experiments to characterize coatings and validate their performance. Develop test methods and protocols required in support.
  • Translate your technical findings into actionable insights for the broader R&D team, contributing to the development of new products from concept to launch.

  • You have excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

The firm, which started with men’s grooming products in 2013 and now has five CPG brands, is working with investment banks and preparing to go public in New York, Reuters reported Friday (March 8), citing unnamed sources.
