About the job
- Provide professional, service-oriented support to patients and referring clinicians.
- Check and scan relevant documents, including referral forms, laboratory findings, and prior findings, and ensure patient records are complete.
- Provide information and consent forms and assist with questions.
- Schedule appointments by phone or through Doctolib and respond to email inquiries.
- Prepare the dispatch of medical findings and assist with daily mail processing.
- Receive deliveries and assist with checking and replenishing consumable supplies.
- Keep organizational processes running smoothly, including during periods of high patient volume.
- Follow hygiene standards in accordance with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Participate in onboarding new colleagues and trainees and support a positive team culture.
