About the Job

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, content production or education technology.
  • Working knowledge of DevOps and cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Linux and cloud platforms sufficient to spot technical inaccuracies and have credible conversations with instructors.
  • Basic knowledge of slide and video production and comfort working with Remotion, Vimeo and LMS publishing.
  • Comfort using ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace and Userback.
  • Ability to manage parallel tasks, owners and deadlines accurately.
  • Attention to detail in quality assurance before content reaches learners.
  • Clear and courteous communication with external instructors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a ClickUp project for every assigned course, including task lists for instructor recording, slide and Remotion design, video editing, language checks, labs, LMS upload and launch.
  • Keep course owners, statuses and dates accurate, with course status no more than one working day out of date.
  • Assign daily tasks to Learning Experience Designers and video editors, including lecture ranges for design and demos for editing.
  • Use the locked Remotion course template to structure production, balance workload against launch dates, raise blockers during the daily sync and sequence work by launch priority, prioritizing Tier-0 courses.
  • Keep designers and editors assigned so they are not idle waiting for work.
  • Confirm that recordings, audio, scripts and demo assets are uploaded and complete, and follow up on gaps.
  • Share Remotion previews with instructors for review; coordinate studio bookings, intro and outro scripts, coming-soon page copy and instructor bios.
  • Capture re-record lists after instructor or leadership reviews and drive them to closure; keep instructors unblocked within one working day and close re-record lists before launch.
  • Review every lecture against the course quality guidelines for technical accuracy, template compliance, filler words, broken segments, blurred footage and narration quality.
  • Route review fixes to the appropriate person and record review time; work toward zero known defects at launch while tracking review cycle time and helping reduce it.
  • Own the course launch checklist, request the coming-soon page, and provide Product with course metadata including category, tier, prerequisites and learning path.
  • Upload courses to Vimeo and the LMS, confirm lab readiness with the Labs team, and publish launch announcements crediting contributors.
  • Ensure courses launch on the agreed date with metadata, labs and announcements complete on day one.
  • Monitor Userback and Support escalations for assigned courses; reproduce and classify reported issues as a patch, re-record, lab issue or no action.
  • Raise the relevant ClickUp ticket and coordinate fixes through publication; respond to learners and track each issue to closure.
  • Resolve reported video and quiz issues within one week and ensure every ticket receives a learner response.
  • Provide weekly course-level status updates for the Curriculum Director’s leadership update and contribute to the monthly output report covering lectures, videos and launches.
  • Keep contribution records current in HiBob and ensure reporting is accurate and timely for leadership reviews.
  • Post lab requirements and deadlines to the Labs team, provide Marketing with course-launch assets and support Product and Support with course information, including old-versus-new course comparisons.
  • Document hand-offs in ClickUp so launches are not delayed by missed hand-offs.
  • Use approved production tooling, including Remotion Studio, edit automation and course-freshness reports, within the standard production pipeline.
  • Identify and flag content that reads or sounds AI-generated before it reaches learners, and ensure courses follow the standard pipeline without compromising quality.
  • Decide which tasks each designer or editor takes and in what order to protect the nearest launch date.
  • Decide whether learner-reported defects can be patched by the team, require the instructor or Labs team, or need escalation.
  • Identify when a course is at risk of missing its launch date and escalate it to the Senior Project Manager with clear options.

Desired Qualifications

  • A project management certification such as CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, Google Project Management Certificate or similar is desirable; alternatively, willingness to obtain one within the first 12 months.
