Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in a marketing role with project management and triage experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in marketing and operations
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is desirable
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Coordination of internal teams to deliver technical services support, projects and enhancements including change requests, scoping, resource management, scheduling, and delivery
  • Manage technical retainer hours to ensure we remain within established contractual support hours
  • Collaborate with Customer Success partners to improve margin rates, including contributing to account health plans
  • Handle issue resolution, including tracking, triaging, and resolving campaign, platform, and infosec issues
  • Manage client inquiries, including research, data requests, and technical issues
  • Schedule and present in client status calls, updating on service-based items and project progress
  • Ensure adherence to Zeta standards and procedures, focusing on client experience and operational efficiency
