WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Coordination of internal teams to deliver technical services support, projects and enhancements including change requests, scoping, resource management, scheduling, and delivery.
- Manage technical retainer hours to ensure we remain within established contractual support hours.
- Collaborate with Customer Success partners to improve margin rates, including contributing to account health plans.
- Handle issue resolution, including tracking, triaging, and resolving campaign, platform, and infosec issues. Includes unplanned outages and risk mitigation communications such as coordination and delivery of RCA documents.
- Manage client inquiries, including research, data requests, and technical issues.
- Schedule and present in client status calls, updating on service-based items and project progress.
- Ensure adherence to Zeta standards and procedures, focusing on client experience and operational efficiency
CHARACTERISTICS OF DELIVERY MANAGER
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic team player with strong collaboration skills.
- Strong research and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Willingness to travel and work on-site as needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on data-supported details.
- Flexible and adaptable to change, with a proactive and positive attitude.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-7 years of experience in a marketing role with project management and triage experience.
- Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering client-focused solutions.
- Experience in process improvement and margin enhancement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in marketing and operations.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is desirable.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.

SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this role is $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 depending on location and experience.
