  • 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 10 years of experience with an Advanced degree (eg Masters/MBA/JD/MD)
  • Mastery in Finance, financial reporting & analysis, revenue, forecasting, financial modelling
  • MMM industry experience, knowledge of business and revenue streams
  • Postgraduate degree, MBA preferred
  • User knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Financial Force, and Adaptive Insights (Work Day)
  • Practical knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
  • Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work cross functionally, geographically and with virtual teams

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a key advisor to the CFO and Function Heads
  • Facilitate delivery of financial targets in the Budget and long-term growth targets
  • Accountable for delivering commercially focused financial support including financial analysis, pricing, and overall investments
  • Create and maintain a high standard of financial discipline, business decision support, and accountability
  • Manage and coordinate revenue budgets, forecasts & multi-year plan, monthly financial close, and monthly financial reports
  • Enhance processes and procedures, challenge business owners to drive efficiency and cost savings
  • Balance risk mitigation with operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support strategy formulation and execution
  • Serve as a member of the Finance leadership team, work closely with the Executive Leadership team
  • Propose ideas to improve local, regional, and global processes, tools, and frameworks
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and maintain streamlined tools and processes
  • Drive financial systems implementation and enhancements
  • Provide financial thought leadership related to growth strategies, performance, sales, marketing, product initiatives, pricing, and investment impacts
  • Oversee optimal resource allocations to deliver financial targets
  • Update CEO, CFO, and functional leaders on financial performance
  • Provide insights into key variances, business trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Lead multi-year planning, annual budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Provide people leadership for the FP&A team, improve team engagement and leadership index
