  • 12 or more years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree or at least 10 years of experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD)
  • Mastery in Finance, financial reporting & analysis, revenue, forecasting, financial modelling
  • MMM industry experience, knowledge of business and revenue streams
  • At least 12 years of work experience
  • Postgraduate degree, MBA preferred

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a key advisor to the CFO and Function Heads
  • Facilitate delivery of financial targets in the Budget and long-term growth targets
  • Accountable for delivering commercially focused financial support including financial analysis, pricing, and overall investments
  • Create and maintain a high standard of financial discipline, business decision support, and accountability
  • Enhance processes and procedures to drive efficiency and cost savings
  • Balance risk mitigation with operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support strategy formulation and execution
  • Serve as a member of the Finance leadership team and work closely with the Executive Leadership team
  • Propose ideas to improve local, regional, and global processes, tools, and frameworks
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and maintain streamlined tools and processes
  • Provide financial thought leadership related to growth strategies, performance, sales, marketing, and product initiatives
  • Oversee optimal resource allocations to deliver financial targets
  • Update CEO, CFO, and functional leaders on financial performance
  • Provide insights into key variances, business trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Lead multi-year planning, annual budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Coordinate inputs for revenues and costs, and lead the review and challenge process
  • Provide people leadership for the FP&A team
  • Promote AP leader behaviors and improve team engagement and leadership index
