- A high school diploma and trade school, apprentice school, or equivalent are required.
- A valid driver's license is required, and the motor vehicle record must meet Cooper University Health Care standard criteria to permit driving its vehicles.
- Perform construction and repair functions for the interior and exterior of buildings and facilities.
- Perform daily rounds of the assigned property territory, including grounds, life safety, compliance, inspections, and equipment.
- Report issues requiring attention.
- Make repairs or contact vendors for service.
