Requirements
  • 2+ years of relevant experience within digital advertising campaigns, including setup, trafficking, reporting, and optimization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of campaign optimization strategies and operational process improvements.
  • Experience working cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and track key performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills.
  • Google G-Suite skills, and particular strength in Microsoft Excel.
  • Media Sales/brand advertising sales experience preferred.
  • An ability to prioritize across short term and long term goals.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of digital advertising campaigns, including setup, trafficking, performance reporting, and optimization.
  • Implement campaign optimization strategies with a focus on improving ad performance and supplier satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and service levels to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Program & Product leaders to create an end-to-end operational strategy for our upcoming managed Sponsored Shops product offering.
  • Develop and continuously refine best practices to support the successful launch and long-term success of the new program.
  • Own and track key performance metrics to demonstrate the effectiveness and impact of your campaigns and strategies.
  • Analyze data and provide actionable insights to optimize performance and meet supplier goals.
