Requirements
  • 4–5 years of experience in live production or live events, with demonstrated ability to both lead projects independently and contribute as part of a larger production team.
  • Solid understanding of live production workflows, including multi-camera setups, streaming platforms, and graphics playback software.
  • Experience calling shows, including managing cues, timing, and live content flow in real time.
  • Experience managing production budgets, building run-of-show documents, and coordinating crew and talent logistics.
  • Strong working knowledge of playback software and how it integrates into live production environments.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and internal teams with clarity in both lead and support capacities.
  • Availability to travel approximately 15% of the time for event and experience work.
Responsibilities
  • Report to the Senior Live Producer and collaborate with the broader Video Team, client-facing leads, and production crew.
  • Own mid-scale live productions end-to-end, including pre-production planning, shoot-day execution, and post-event wrap.
  • Support larger productions by taking ownership of specific work streams such as scheduling, crew coordination, or vendor management.
  • Develop and maintain budgets, run-of-show documents, shot lists, and crew calls across owned and supported projects.
  • Partner with Project Leads, Video Team, Experience Team, Design Team, and clients to align creative vision with production reality.
  • Serve as lead producer on assigned productions, managing crew, talent, and technical teams on-site or remotely in real time.
  • Call shows by directing timing, cues, and content flow in coordination with directors, operators, and talent.
  • Anticipate and troubleshoot technical or logistical issues in real time.
  • Maintain organized, accessible show asset management across productions, including consistent naming conventions, file structures, and handoff protocols.
  • Contribute to building and refining production workflows, templates, and best practices for live formats.
  • Maintain vendor and crew relationships and support efficient resourcing across owned and team-wide productions.
Desired Qualifications
  • Background in agency, branded content, or corporate events.
  • Familiarity with graphic playback software such as Disguise or PVP and project management tools such as Monday.com or Asana.
  • Established network of freelance crew, audiovisual vendors, and production partners.
