Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in SaaS, software support, or client success is required.
  • Previous experience with software, data analysis, analytics, and/or informatics is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Knowledge of or experience with healthcare and healthcare terminology is advantageous.
  • A commitment to continuous learning is required.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Client Success Manager to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Become a product expert with support from internal teams.
  • Educate clients on product features and enhancements using virtual technology.
  • Analyze current configurations of Clinical Architecture products in relation to clients' and stakeholders' ongoing business needs.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to optimize software performance and clients' return on software investment.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to broaden client knowledge of best practices and their application to customer implementations.
  • Document and share client utilization and product performance with internal team members to enhance product, services, and sales performance.
  • Translate client needs into actionable items.
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to written and verbal inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and test software enhancements.
