Present finance and protection products based on each customer's needs to enhance their ownership experience.
Secure financing through the dealership's network of lending partners while obtaining the best possible approvals for customers.
Build value in finance, protection, and aftermarket products through a transparent, customer-focused approach.
Be actively involved on the showroom floor early in the sales process to support customers and the sales team.
Partner closely with sales associates and managers to help drive dealership performance and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Coach and train sales associates on finance products, protection products, compliance, and value-building techniques.
Lead by example with professionalism, integrity, and outstanding customer service.
Review, monitor, and ensure all finance paperwork is accurate, complete, and processed in a timely manner.
Maintain strong relationships with lenders and dealership administrative staff.
Ensure every deal complies with local, state, and federal regulations.
Manage the lender portfolio and funding to ensure timely contract processing.
Set and maintain an organized, efficient finance department schedule.
Process title paperwork and work closely with administrative offices as needed.
