- 2–4 years of proven experience as an Automation Tester.
- Strong hands-on experience with Cypress for automation.
- Good understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Basic knowledge of backend and application programming interface testing, including Postman and REST APIs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Cypress.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and application programming interface testing as needed.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and quality assurance teams to identify, document, and troubleshoot defects.
- Participate in test planning, test case design, and test documentation.
- Optimize automation frameworks and contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices.
- Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide detailed reports.
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards, best practices, and timelines.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with other automation tools such as Selenium and Playwright.
- Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms.
