Responsibilities
  • Receive, unload, inspect, and properly store incoming products.
  • Pick, pack, label, and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles using appropriate safety procedures.
  • Verify products and quantities against orders and delivery documentation.
  • Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and organization of warehouse products.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse and loading area.
  • Report damaged, missing, expired, or incorrectly stored products to management.
  • Assist with other warehouse and operational responsibilities as assigned.
  • Operate company vehicles to deliver products along established routes.
  • Perform and document required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Ensure products are properly secured before operating the vehicle.
  • Operate the vehicle safely and comply with all traffic laws and company policies.
  • Verify that all load-related documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Record delivery, pickup, mileage, fuel, and other required information.
  • Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, product damage, or delivery problems immediately.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and general condition of the assigned vehicle.
  • Complete required logs, delivery receipts, inspection records, and end-of-shift paperwork.
  • Deliver products and required documentation to customers accurately, courteously, and on time.
  • Transport products to designated areas inside customer facilities when required.
  • Check customer stock levels and communicate replenishment needs when assigned.
  • Build professional working relationships with customer-facility staff.
  • Respond appropriately to customer questions and refer matters outside the position’s authority to management.
  • Promptly communicate customer concerns, inventory issues, mechanical problems, or delivery delays to the appropriate company representative.
  • Represent the company professionally during every customer interaction.
  • Follow company safety, infection-control, and customer-facility requirements.
  • Use appropriate personal protective equipment during facility visits.

  • Experience with warehouse receiving, picking, packing, staging, or inventory processes.

Wound care leader Gentell expands US nursing home market share by 12% with ISG acquisition

Gentell, the largest vertically integrated wound care company, has acquired Innovative Supply Group (ISG), a leading Medicare Part B supplier of medical tube devices to North American nursing homes. Financial terms were not disclosed. ISG will operate as Gentell Nutritional Services, with Michael Lebovics, formerly ISG's president, leading the division. Gentell currently serves over 30% of the estimated 15,000 US nursing homes with wound care supplies. The acquisition is expected to expand its market share by approximately 12%. This marks Gentell's third acquisition in 12 months, following purchases of New Zealand-based Manukamed and Paraguay-Brazil manufacturer Casex. The company now operates manufacturing facilities across five continents and has increasingly focused on linking nutrition to wound care for improved healing outcomes.
