- Able to work full-time and on-site in a chiropractic clinic.
- Able to learn clinical skills and therapeutic techniques through paid virtual and hands-on training.
- Able to coach and guide patients through exercises and care plans.
- Able to schedule appointments, update records, manage clinic flow, and support clinic events.
- Must comply with organizational policies, privacy and confidentiality requirements, applicable laws and regulations, accreditation and licensure requirements where applicable, and established procedures and protocols.
- May be required to provide information for a Department of Motor Vehicles or equivalent agency background check.
- Greet, support, and encourage patients from check-in through check-out.
- Learn hands-on clinical skills and therapeutic techniques from chiropractors.
- Coach and guide patients through exercises and care plans.
- Coordinate day-to-day clinic operations by scheduling appointments, updating records, managing patient flow, and supporting clinic events.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to create a positive patient-care environment.
- Perform other related duties and assist with project completion as needed.
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, fitness, wellness, clinical assisting, restaurants, home health care, child care, or other people-focused environments.
- Interest in growing into leadership, clinical training, or patient-care roles over time.
