Opportunity 

As a Senior Designer at Envoy, you’ll work with versatile teams across a broad range of work: websites, products, digital campaigns, brand systems, e-commerce, and more. You’ll bring strategic ideas and turn them into thoughtful, beautiful experiences that put users first and drive results for our clients. 

This is a hybrid position based out of our Irvine office. 

What You Will Do

• Work across all stages of a project, through wireframes, visual design, and all phases of development.
• Meet complex UX challenges with an elevated taste level (we love work that’s smart and pretty.)
• Design work that’s compelling and cool within client brand guidelines.
• Be a sleeve-roller-upper; we’re a small team of collaborative humans, so everyone works on—and cares about—everything.

Qualities and Qualifications 

• 7+ years of design experience, preferably at a product or interactive agency.
• A strong portfolio that shows your UX/UI design experience.
• Fluency in Sketch/Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• A passion for design and eagerness to work with other creatives.
• Be a systems thinker with a strong track record of shipping high-quality work (we aim to build files that make our developers happy.)
• An enthusiastic, flexible, curious mindset; a champion for design culture.

What We Offer 

The salary range for this position is between $93,000 to $115,000, plus benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
