MCI to deliver 92 D45 CRT commuter coaches to New York City for express service. The order has been added to NFI's third quarter 2026 backlog. MCI expands training team with veteran Technical Service Manager. "After nearly two decades with MCI, including 14 years as a Technical Service Manager (TSM), Aguirre brings extensive technical expertise, customer service experience, and real-world field knowledge to his new role developing the next generation of motorcoach technicians," according to a press release. "Aguirre began his MCI career as a Service Center Technician after completing trade school and gaining experience in the heavy-duty vehicle industry. "Over the years, he became a trusted technical resource for customers and service teams, helping troubleshoot complex issues and share solutions across MCI's network. Now, he is bringing that experience into the classroom."
