Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Three or more years of reporting and data analysis experience.
  • Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to document processes in detail to ensure compliance.
  • Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity and quickly adjust to change.
  • Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies.
Responsibilities
  • Create human resources reports and support reporting projects that gather and integrate resources and business data.
  • Assist in creating Workday reports, including custom reports and templates.
  • Process Workday report requests received through the ServiceNow case management system.
  • Train on and support ServiceNow or legacy-tool reporting and use Power BI to communicate data insights.
  • Collaborate with business partners to prioritize requests and needs.
  • Partner with Workforce Business Analysts on requirements gathering and user acceptance testing.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Human Resources Business Partners, Risk Management, and other partners to provide a holistic view of analyses.
  • Present data and analysis clearly and concisely so audiences understand results and recommendations and can make data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure data acquisition, sharing, and the results of applied recommendations comply with company standards.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Workday reporting.
  • Experience with human resources reporting and insights.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel PivotTables, Power Pivot, charts, conditional formatting, formulas, prebuilt Excel formulas, VLOOKUPs, and file joins.
  • Experience partnering with Human Resources professionals on human capital data needs for processes such as performance management, engagement surveys, and succession planning, and across the talent lifecycle, including talent acquisition, terminations, and onboarding.
  • Experience creating and running reports in human capital management systems such as Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or E360 to extract, collect, organize, analyze, and interpret results for insights.
  • Experience developing dashboards in Power BI.
  • Experience working with relational databases.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

US bank earnings jump 12% to $90B as Whalen warns of securities lending and mortgage risks

Spire secures $400M delayed draw term loan facility with 364-day maturity

Spire Inc. has secured a $400 million delayed draw senior unsecured term loan facility, the company announced on 1 September 2026. The credit agreement was established with a syndicate of banks led by Mizuho Bank and U.S. Bank National Association as joint lead arrangers and bookrunners. U.S. Bank adds 50+ business banking roles in Florida, Georgia, Texas and Arizona expansion

U.S. Bank is expanding its business banking division into Florida and Georgia for the first time, whilst accelerating growth in Texas and Arizona. The bank has added more than 50 customer-facing positions nationwide since the beginning of 2026, with further hiring expected. The expansion targets businesses with annual sales between $2.5 million and $50 million. Florida and Georgia represent U.S. Bank's first business banking presence in those states, forming part of its strategy to support clients beyond its traditional 26-state branch footprint. The bank has also expanded in Dallas, adding to its existing team there, and hired additional business bankers in Phoenix. The business banking division now includes more than 1,300 bankers providing deposit, lending, payments and treasury management solutions.

Universal Electronics amends credit agreement, extends $60M revolving facility to 2027

Universal Electronics has amended its credit agreement with lenders led by US Bank National Association. The revised deal, dated 21 August 2026, maintains the company's $60 million revolving credit facility and extends maturity to 30 September 2027.
