- Three to five years of leadership experience is required.
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and project management methodologies to deploy strategic projects aimed at reducing variation and eliminating waste within the Patient Access and Experience pillar.
- Harness technology and other innovations to improve the health of those served, focusing on exceptional patient and consumer experience and improved system performance.
- Plan, lead, and manage complex and value-added projects.
- A master's degree is preferred.
- Preferred training as a Lean Six Sigma Black or Green Belt, such as ASQ certification, GE Leadership Development Training, Cooper University Health Care training, or an accredited university program.
- Change Agent training is desired.
- Meeting facilitation and project management skills are highly preferred.
