- Ensure our programs resonate with Benevity’s culture through a unified approach
- Collaborate with People Business Partners and other stakeholders in all phases of talent programs
- Manage communication strategies for talent programs, ensuring they reflect Benevity’s values and brand
- Oversee talent and succession planning analytics, providing insights for strategic decisions
- Analyze succession planning to identify strengths and areas of risk, offering data-driven recommendations for talent development and mobility
- Craft detailed talent reports for leadership and the Board of Directors
- Collaborate with the People Development team to blend learning opportunities with our talent strategies
