Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience in consulting, IT services, or a related field.
  • Experience leading cloud migrations, digital implementations, or managed services operations for organizations.
  • Experience with IT infrastructure or cloud-native application development.
Responsibilities
  • Drive the adoption and onboarding of Google Cloud at organizations to help customers realize the business value of the partnership and offerings.
  • Partner with customers to define success and build a joint plan with objectives, stakeholders, milestones, risks, and metrics needed to achieve their goals.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, including C-level and IT teams, to understand customers' businesses and industries and develop roadmaps.
  • Guide IT and business executives through organizational changes needed to unlock cloud value, and help them staff, train, and align people and partners to deliver cloud transformation.
  • Partner with customer-facing account teams and Google executives to develop technical plans that help customers achieve business and cloud consumption goals.
Desired Qualifications
  • An advanced degree in a Management, Technical, or Engineering field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Experience leading enterprise organizations through people, process, and technology transformation from legacy, on-premises software to a digital-native business in the public cloud.
  • Experience helping customers evaluate investments in new technologies and projects based on expected value and return on investment.
  • Experience with data center migration strategies and collaborating with channel partners and systems integrators.
  • Knowledge of the Google Cloud ecosystem.
