  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the distribution sector
  • In-depth knowledge of the Turkish SDA market and distribution channels
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Fluent in Turkish and English
Responsibilities
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in the distribution sector within Turkey
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to expand the company's presence in the market
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key distribution partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth through the distribution channels
  • Negotiate and finalize distribution agreements, contracts, and other business arrangements
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends
  • Ensure that all business development activities adhere to legal and ethical standards
