Requirements
  • Three years of experience in information technology quality assurance.

  • A bachelor's degree in Public or Business Administration, Health Care, Computer Science, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Understanding of the software development life cycle and quality assurance methodologies.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods of systems analysis for data processing.
  • Knowledge of principles of sound testing methodologies.
  • Knowledge of test management and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of test planning and estimates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Visio.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure while balancing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to follow through, track outstanding tasks, and coordinate with assigned owners to ensure timely completion.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in and lead the development of quality standards, educate teams on the standards, and conduct governance checks.
  • Audit user acceptance testing activities and ensure user acceptance test delivery.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing across business teams for new projects, product upgrades, releases, and change-request implementations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business process engineers, quality engineering engineers, vendors, business teams, and other stakeholders as part of test governance.
  • Participate in test intake, planning, and estimation.
  • Contribute to the user acceptance testing strategy and test plan, including task ownership, testing scope, test data needs, test environments, configuration needs, and locations and logistics.
  • Contribute to user acceptance testing kickoff activities, including status reporting, DevOps access and training, and application training.
  • Contribute to daily planning and execution of user acceptance testing scripts.
  • Perform functional testing activities on applications as needed.
  • Assist in developing and implementing metrics and maintaining visual management tools.
  • Participate in daily user acceptance testing standups and report status updates.
  • Participate in scheduled calls with extended project team members.
  • Build and manage user acceptance testing scripts in DevOps, including owning the structure, loading scripts, and managing scripts.
  • Gather test results from business teams during user acceptance testing and upload results to test management tools, including DevOps and WF.
  • Manage user acceptance testing defects by verifying test plan execution and managing and reporting defects.
  • Contribute to datasets for user acceptance testing script execution by defining test datasets across business teams for end-to-end test coverage.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining policies and procedures related to job functions, procedures, and technical guidelines.
  • Coordinate and prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Train and provide guidance to other analysts as needed.
