Responsibilities
  • manage efforts and programs focused on nurturing, enhancing, and advancing Capital Group’s differentiated culture by partnering with key stakeholders to amplify associate engagement.
  • participate in the development and lead the implementation of key elements of the culture and engagement strategy in partnership with the DE&I Senior Manager.
  • execute a continuous listening strategy, and research to assess levels of associate engagement, connection, and effectiveness by collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting key findings of engagement data.
  • be responsible for administrating associate surveys and overseeing technology solutions and support models.
  • take ownership by proactively monitoring the impact of culture and engagement initiatives and programs across the firm.
  • use data to inform decision-making and ensure a cohesive approach to enhancing the associate experience.
