Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years-experience in a Sales & Marketing Operations role
  • Administrator experience in managing large data imports/exports via Salesforce or another CRM system
  • Understanding of lead generation process and managing sales prospects though a sales pipeline process
  • BA/BS required
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification a plus
  • Detailed understanding of sales processes, sales reporting including sale forecasting, salesforce automation, and territory planning & management
Responsibilities
  • Supporting Sales processes like opportunity entry and pipeline tracking
  • Supporting Marketing Operations like campaign tracking, lead capture and management
  • Supporting Finance reporting for forecasting and invoicing purposes
  • Optimizing the Salesforce CRM environment to meet the needs of various departments and business units
  • Assisting in onboarding of new team members into CRM and providing internal support during transitional periods
  • Overseeing all marketing automation initiatives for various business units
  • Providing updates to internal teams on new developments, challenges, or general status of various projects
  • Processing JIRA tickets from across the company

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Ability to analyze data and identify areas of input improvement for system design
  • Ability to operate remotely in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment without the need of overhead support
