Requirements
  • A high school diploma is required.
  • At least three years of relevant experience are required.
  • Professional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are required.
  • Understanding of military protocols and Class VIII resupply is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel, is required.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work as part of a cohesive team are required.
  • The ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • The ability to obtain and hold a Department of Defense Secret clearance is required.
  • The ability to meet the role's physical requirements, including standing, sitting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and operating computer and telephone equipment, is required.
  • Close vision for computer work, light to moderate lifting, predictable attendance, and the ability to work in a confined office area are required.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, facilitate, and manage logistics operations for the Materiel Fielding and Medical Liaison Support Services contract.
  • Support planning and coordination of logistics activities.
  • Support pre-mission planning to ensure fielding mission success.
  • Travel to different locations for fielding missions for up to five days as needed by car, airplane, or train.
  • Field equipment according to protocols, regulations, and military standards.
  • Collect and analyze data and create reports to support decision-making.
  • Provide functional logistics expertise in support of military medical devices.
  • Maintain and document program data.
  • Conduct research and studies and report findings.
  • Ensure analysis and reporting adhere to relevant military standards, protocols, and security requirements.
  • Engage professionally with military customers to support integrated teams and process improvement.
  • Attend meetings, track action items, and support development of documentation for delivery to the Government.
  • Dress and act appropriately in a government environment and adhere to the dress code suitable for a military setting.
