  • 7+ years previous experience in AAA game development or have at least two titles shipped.
  • Previous experience collaborating with outsourcing or co-development teams.
  • Very experienced in Jira – can set up Dashboards, Rich Filters, perform backend updates, etc.
  • Familiar to fluent in Excel, Confluence, Google Suite.
  • Ability to drive teams to deliver AAA quality design and supporting tools.
  • Familiarity with next gen game development.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the Leads, Directors, and Production partners to establish processes and pipelines to support development and rapid iteration.
  • You are an active leader that does not hesitate to initiate gathering people together when additional alignment is needed.
  • Drive communication throughout internal and external teams, ensuring alignment between Directors, Leads, and the rest of the partners.
  • Drive and review process as well as manage deliveries, milestones and sprint deliveries.
  • Build and maintain necessary pipelines and processes to allow an efficient collaboration between groups at scale.
  • Monitor multi-discipline capacity, velocity, long and short term roadmaps, and ensure teams adhere to project management methodologies and operations such as sprints and milestones.
  • Coordinate with outsourcers and co-dev partners in a range of time zones to maintain visibility and project cadence to ensure predictable results.
  • Assist in the capacity identification and management of external partners and individual contractors attached to the team.
  • Build and maintain robust tracking mechanisms and processes to ensure successful deliveries on time and on quality towards a high quality immersive and fun experience.
  • Facilitate reviews, milestones and sprint deliveries.
  • Manage inter-dependencies and assess risks between the teams: coordinate day-to-day management of teams to ensure clear priorities are being focused on, risks are being mitigated, and blockers are removed.
  • Continually push visibility of the team’s work and deliverables in all directions, catering for the relevant audience.
  • Create scenarios based upon the data we have in order to help make informed decisions.
  • Manage expectations of Directors in the team’s deliverables but also manage the Directors to ensure the team stays aligned on the vision/direction/feedback completely.
  • Mentor intermediate and junior producers on your team.
  • Manage the relationships between Lead and CoDev groups throughout the world and escalate team collaboration concerns.
