- One year of experience in record assembly, analysis, record preparation, or scanning; or two years of clerical, customer service, or data entry experience with Windows, HBOC, and other microcomputer applications; or two years of general medical record experience in a medical record department.
- Excellent analytical, reading, comprehension, and communication skills.
- Prepare all records in the required manner and order.
- Scan all records into the optical imaging system.
- Forward all scanned documents to the quality control and indexing area.
- Three years of experience with record assembly analysis.
- One year of experience with imaging systems.
- One year of experience working as a receptionist, in a mail room, or in a medical records environment.
