About the Role
The Leader of Enterprise Integrations at Trimble will develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for building and managing integrations between Trimble’s Enterprise systems and third-party applications and partners. This role will implement processes to drive efficiencies into the design, development, and deployment of customer and partner integrations, with an expectation to productize these integrations into revenue-generating solutions. The Leader of Enterprise Integrations will directly manage the development of all productized partner integrations and provide oversight of all customer integrations.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute a strategy for managing integrations across all Enterprise applications. Use a micro-test methodology to validate approaches with at least one customer or integration type, and establish proof points before broader adoption.
Establish data and integration requirements for all Enterprise products (data extraction, data import, APIs, webhooks, etc.).
Evaluate opportunities to utilize third-party integration tools to accelerate development and streamline the management of integrations, with immediate prioritization of EDI.
Manage a team of integration managers to implement all customer integrations.
Work closely with Strategy and Business Development teams to design and implement standard partner integrations.
Build protocols to actively monitor all points of failure during the integration process.
Establish and manage partner certification program for all partners leveraging Trimble API’s
Define SKUs, work with marketing to drive the launch and adoption of new integration capability and to educate sales and professional service teams, and manage integrations go-to-market
Ensure all Enterprise integrations are easy to understand and are presented consistently with comprehensive documentation
What Skills & Experience You Should Have
Proven experience in managing integrations within a complex enterprise environment.
Strong background in API development and management.
Excellent leadership skills with experience managing a team.
Ability to evaluate and implement third-party integration tools.
Strong analytical skills to provide insights on partner APIs and toolkits.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
