Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
  • One to two years of experience in project controls, estimating, or a similar role within the construction industry is required.
  • Strong analytical skills are required to interpret and analyze project data.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as Excel, estimating software, and project management software, is required.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices is required.
  • Understanding of construction processes and terminology is required.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment is required.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements is required.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with the collection and analysis of project scope and cost data.
  • Support the development of project cost estimates based on historical data and industry benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and validate cost estimates.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to cost estimates.
  • Assist with risk analysis and contingency planning.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of estimation methodologies.
