Requirements
  • 5+ years of payroll processing experience
  • Workday experience required
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality of data at all times
  • International experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated intermediate skill in Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field is preferred
Responsibilities
  • Review and process global payroll for the US, Canada, Mexico and Turkiye
  • Act as the first point of contact for all internal payroll related questions
  • Maintain the time and attendance system and support the data transfer to Workday
  • Register state and local payroll tax jurisdictions, and maintain tax registrations in the system
  • Review and reconcile quarterly tax filings and annual W-2 forms prior to distribution
  • Work with internal business partners to answer questions or help resolve discrepancies
  • Assist with streamlining process and procedures to maintain proper internal controls in an effort to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Procure payroll journal entries and assist with GL account reconciliations for month-end close
  • Participate in annual 401(k), Workers Comp and financial audits
  • Perform other duties and assignments within the Payroll department as requested
