Requirements

Fluency in English at an advanced or native level is required.
Five to ten years of experience in customer delivery and development projects is required.
Experience with Javelina implementation projects is required.

Responsibilities

Manage customer programs or projects for a defined product or service scope under medium-to-large or complex customer contracts with medium-to-high risk.
Ensure project and operational management aligns with the Mode of Operation, business group and business line guidelines, and project management processes.
Plan customer projects and keep plans updated to anticipate changes, coordinating change management across cost, scope, schedule, and quality.
Ensure consistency among project financial, product, and service forecast activities.
Participate in pre-sales and sales process activities.
Determine delivery approach alternatives and manage selection of the recommended approach.
Ensure handover from sales to execution and from delivery to care, and monitor progress against the handovers.
Ensure the project contract management process is initiated and executed.
Define customization of global operational processes with relevant points of contact to meet project requirements, including network operations, supply chain, logistics, and acceptance.
Manage the customer relationship during delivery and serve as the primary customer interface for activities within the role's contract scope, including complaints, corrective actions, and changing requirements.
Prepare an effective communications plan and proactively communicate relevant information to the customer and stakeholders.
Monitor and control delivery within the approved budget, profitability forecast, and planned scope.
Ensure the project meets quality objectives and pursue continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction.

Desired Qualifications

PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Ability to take on leadership after onboarding and grow technically and in soft skills.

❋ Position Overview

Overall, we are looking for individuals with a “PM DNA” who take ownership and responsibility for their projects, work with minimal supervision, and able to represent client in front of the customer.

Good communication skills including English fluency is a must.
Manages customer program (collection of projects managed together for business benefits) or project for a defined product and / or service scope for a medium / large and / or complex customer contract with medium / high risk probability.
Ensures all project and operational management is in full alignment with Mode of Operation (MoO), BG / BL guidelines and the PM
Plans customer project and keeps plan updated to reflect and anticipate changes by coordinating change management on all aspects affecting cost, scope, schedule and quality (CSSQ).
Assures consistency among project financial, product and service forecast activities.
Participates in pre-sales and sales process activities.
Determines delivery approach alternatives and manages the selection of the final recommended approach to delivery.
Ensures hand over from Sell to Execute and from Delivery to Care is done and monitors progress against it.
Ensures project contract management process is initiated and executed.
Defines the customization of any global operational processes together with relevant point of contacts to meet project requirements (for example, network operations, supply chain, logistics, and acceptance).

Requirements

Qualifications:

Hands on and detailed oriented Project Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience in customer delivery and development projects
Javelina implementation project experience is a must.
Advance - Native english level is required
We are looking for PMs who could take leadership after the onboarding period and grow in the role technically and with soft skills.
PMI PMP certification is a plus.
