Lead Full-Stack Engineer - AI Product Development
About the job
- 7–10 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong full-stack development experience with Python, Flask, React, and TypeScript.
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy 2.0, and REST APIs.
- Experience with Docker, AWS, CI/CD, automated testing, and test-driven development.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding agents or AI-assisted development.
- Strong problem-solving and product ownership mindset.
- Own features and product areas from scoping and technical specification through production delivery.
- Write technical plans and specifications before development and follow test-driven development and automated testing practices.
- Develop scalable backend services using Python, Flask, SQLAlchemy 2.0, PostgreSQL, Alembic, Pydantic v2, Celery, and Redis.
- Build modern frontend applications using React, TypeScript, Vite, TanStack Query, and Tailwind CSS.
- Work with Docker, AWS, CI/CD, and end-to-end testing.
- Use AI coding agents such as Claude Code or similar tools in daily development.
- Review and validate AI-generated code for quality, security, and correctness.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
- Provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on with development.
- Experience with pgvector.
- Experience building large language model applications or AI/GenAI pipelines.
- Experience with multi-tenant software-as-a-service applications.
