Requirements
- A high school diploma is required.
Responsibilities
- Recruit host families.
- Interview and evaluate each prospective host family before student placements are finalized.
- Organize pre-arrival and post-arrival orientations for students and host families.
- Contact the school and handle the necessary enrollment paperwork.
- Act as a liaison between the school, the student, the host family, and Forte International’s National Office.
- Help students and host families handle cultural differences and culture shock.
- Help the student and/or host family in emergency situations.
- Maintain frequent contact with the student, host family, and school.
- Maintain open lines of communication with the area director and other Forte staff as needed.
