About the job

Requirements
  • Can write and debug code; familiarity with AI tools is expected, while understanding what the code does remains necessary.
  • Has built and shipped code that other people continue to use, whether in engineering, internal tools, a founded company, or automation-heavy operations work.
  • Can reason about how systems behave at three times the current volume and when the person who understands them leaves.
  • Has genuine interest in understanding other people's work and asking why they do it a particular way.
  • Can work at startup pace or provide a convincing reason for being comfortable with it.
  • Must work on-site in Warsaw.
Responsibilities
  • Build and connect operational systems across Slack, Ashby, Mercury, Notion, Attio, Linear, and Google Workspace so data moves without manual intervention.
  • Build internal tools, including dashboards, portals, forms, and small applications, to eliminate recurring problems.
  • Build hiring infrastructure, including pipeline automation, scorecard flows, agency tracking, and visible status.
  • Build finance systems for invoices, contractor flows, reconciliation, spend visibility, and month-end processes.
  • Automate employee onboarding and offboarding to provision, brief, and revoke access without relying on remembered checklists.
  • Instrument processes so questions about duration and cost can be answered directly.
  • Identify slow processes, decide what is worth fixing, build solutions, and own them after launch, including noticing and addressing failures.
  • Observe recruiters, finance, and people operations staff to understand their workflows before automating them.
  • Ship work starting in the first week and speak with users starting on the first day; test and iterate on solutions.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with internal tooling at a startup.
  • Production exposure to large language model APIs or agent frameworks.
  • Exposure to finance or recruiting.

About the company

Viktor builds an AI coworker inside Slack and Microsoft Teams that handles operational and growth work across a company’s software stack. It connects to thousands of tools—CRM, ads, analytics, billing, project management and more—to keep organizational context and deliver finished outputs like PDFs, spreadsheets, dashboards, deployed apps, code, and automations, not just chat. It stands out by delivering concrete work products within familiar collaboration channels and focusing on end-to-end artifacts across the stack, not just responses. The goal is to become the standard AI coworker for organizations, embedding AI-assisted operations and growth work into everyday collaboration to streamline workflows and speed up decision-making.
