- Two to three years of recruitment experience in healthcare or hospital hiring.
- Familiarity with hiring for clinical and non-clinical hospital roles.
- Strong sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and consultants.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and work under deadlines.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Source candidates for clinical roles, including doctors, nurses, and paramedics, and for non-clinical or support staff through job portals, referrals, and consultants.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and define job specifications.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interview rounds to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain recruitment trackers and management information systems.
- Negotiate offers and manage onboarding formalities for new hires.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for critical or urgent hospital positions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-joining ratio.
