Requirements
  • No prior experience is required; paid training is provided.
  • The candidate must be at least 18 years old on the first day of employment.
  • The candidate must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one applied behavior analysis therapy to help children learn, grow, and gain independence.
  • Track client progress and follow personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with the support team aligned with AST's values.
  • Maintain continuous visual supervision and auditory awareness of clients to support a safe environment.
Desired Qualifications
