- Request air, sea, and road transport prices for imports from Asia to Europe, the United States to Europe, and Europe to Europe, and exports from Europe to Africa.
- Update weekly a transport-cost database by weight, destination, product type, and transport mode, including current quotations and six months of invoicing history.
- Track deliveries and follow up with suppliers by order in coordination with the dossier manager.
- Update delivery lead times in the enterprise resource planning system for each customer order.
- Launch the release of consolidated orders to customers by generating shipping documents such as CIPL, package markings, and certificates of origin.
- Launch COC inspection dossiers for Congo, Gabon, and Tanzania with COTECNA or INTERTEK.
- Update daily delivery statuses for consolidated orders and orders in shipment.
- Prepare weekly groupage trucks from company warehouses to customer hubs in Antwerp operated by Bolloré or DHL.
- Notify, manage, and track logistics disputes and lost packages by dossier.
- Assist accounting with tracking service-provider invoicing by reconciling supplier dossiers and invoiced logistics fees.
- Work transversely with all sales administration and accounting staff as an active support resource.
- Report activity to the Commercial Director and sales administration team.
- Use Cegid enterprise resource planning, document management, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Two years of alternating work-study placement is ideal.
- The preferred alternating schedule is two school days and three company days.
