OVRSEA is a digital multimodal freight forwarder that uses software to manage international shipping. It provides a centralized platform for the end-to-end handling of freight, including sea, air, road, and rail transport, along with customs clearance and ad valorem insurance. The platform lets clients request quotes, book shipments, track in real time, and manage documentation, all in one place, with centralized communications and analytics for better predictability. Compared with competitors, OVRSEA combines a single, transparent hub with multimodal capabilities and data-driven insights, backed by a technology-first approach and strategic growth partnerships (notably with Bolloré Logistics) that expanded its footprint while keeping management independent. The company aims to simplify the complexities and opacity of international transport, making it more transparent and efficient for businesses and to continue expanding globally.
