- 2+ years of program or project management experience at a mid or large sized company
- SaaS experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Experience interacting with executive leadership
- Remain flexible to changing priorities
Responsibilities
- Provide support as needed to ensure success in all aspects of operations including the work of the email deliverability team, fulfillment team, and the department as a whole.
- Ensure successful program management of multiple parallel activities , often with competing timelines and complex interdependencies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to document, define and design roadmaps/timelines to support delivery of complex programs and processes and drive the execution and completion of projects.
- Act as a proxy or a delegate for the compliance department Chief of Staff, when required.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
- Orient in key operational processes of the business then be able to iterate on processes to meet new business needs & requirements.
- Drive alignment & enforce clear deadlines with key stakeholders & departments for successful deliverables.
- Work closely with the Chief Compliance Officer on determining their priorities, and building and executing their calendars.
- Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics, considering time efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Assist with meeting management, take excellent notes and action items for those meetings, ensuring they reach the right people.
